Original paintings
Submitting a request for an original painting is an inquiry, not an immediate purchase or reservation. Availability, condition, price, taxes, delivery or shipping, insurance, and payment terms must be personally confirmed by Edward Juarez Fine Art. A sale becomes binding only when both parties accept the written sale details and any required payment is received.
Commissions
A commission request begins a conversation and does not obligate either party. Subject, size, price, deposit, schedule, revisions, delivery, cancellation, and usage rights will be set out in a separate written commission agreement or invoice. That written agreement controls if it differs from these website terms.
Fine art prints
Print sizes, materials, prices, fulfillment estimates, shipping charges, and any product-specific return terms will be shown or confirmed before an order is accepted. A third-party print or shipping provider may fulfill an order. Availability and production times may change.
Payments, taxes, and delivery
Any price displayed or discussed does not include taxes, shipping, delivery, insurance, framing, installation, or customs charges unless stated in writing. Applicable charges and payment instructions will be confirmed before purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Buying an original, print, or commission does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
