Original paintings
Originals are not sold through instant checkout. Before payment, Edward Juarez Fine Art will confirm the painting’s availability, condition, price, taxes, delivery or shipping method, insurance, and the return or cancellation terms that apply to that specific sale. Those written sale details will control.
Commissioned artwork
Deposit, cancellation, revision, completion, delivery, and return terms for a commission will be included in the written commission agreement or invoice before work begins. Because commissioned work is made for a specific client, it may have different terms from an existing original or print.
Fine art prints
When online print ordering is enabled, product-specific production estimates, shipping charges, eligible destinations, and return or replacement terms will be displayed before checkout. Prints may be produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.
Damage or delivery problems
If artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the written order confirmation, contact the gallery promptly and keep the item and packaging. Include the order information and clear photos so the gallery and carrier or fulfillment partner can review the issue.
Before sending anything back
Please contact the gallery before returning artwork. Unapproved returns may not be accepted. The confirmed sale terms will explain the return address, timing, packaging, insurance, and responsibility for shipping costs.
